1 cup mayonnaise or greek yogurt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tablespoon dry minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F and spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayo or yogurt, parmesan cheese, and all seasonings until well combined.
- If the chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half horizontally for even cooking.
- Place chicken in the prepared dish and spoon the mixture over each piece until fully covered.
