Description

A succulent, tender, and creamy baked chicken breast seasoned with parmesan and spices for a perfect weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place in the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature hits 165 F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
  • If the topping isnt brown enough, broil for 1-2 minutes.
  • Substitute yogurt with sour cream for a richer flavor.
