4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken breasts.
- Place in the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature hits 165 F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
- If the topping isnt brown enough, broil for 1-2 minutes.
- Substitute yogurt with sour cream for a richer flavor.
