Succulent steak cubes seared to perfection and tossed with tender zucchini in a rich, aromatic garlic butter sauce.

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat steak bites dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear steak bites in a single layer for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return steak to the pan, toss to coat in garlic butter, and heat for 1 minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Ensure the pan is very hot before adding steak to get a good crust.
- Don’t overcook the zucchini to maintain a slight crunch.
