1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg, then coat thoroughly with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack set on the baking sheet.
- Patt chicken dry before coating for better adhesion.
- To freeze: Prepare up to coating, flash freeze on a sheet, then store in a bag. Bake from frozen, adding 5-10 minutes.
