Description

Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg, then coat thoroughly with the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack set on the baking sheet.
