1 lb chicken tenderloins
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place on sheet.
- Lightly spray tenders with oil. Bake for 15-20 mins, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp is 165°F.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs and ensure the oven is fully preheated.
- Pat chicken dry before breading for better adhesion. Use a ‘wet hand/dry hand’ method for less mess.
