Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 red bell pepper (cut into 1/4′ slices)
1 yellow bell pepper (cut into 1/4′ slices)
1 green bell pepper (cut into 1/4′ slices)
1/2 yellow onion (cut into 1/4′ slices)
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper with a fork to create the seasoning.
- Place chicken, onions, and all bell peppers in a large mixing bowl; drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Add the spice mixture to the bowl and toss again until the chicken and vegetables are evenly seasoned.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350 F for 16 to 20 minutes, ensuring you toss the basket at the 9-minute mark to ensure even cooking.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through, then serve in warm tortillas with sour cream and guacamole.
Notes
- For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken immediately after cooking.
