Description

A quick and healthy way to make perfectly seasoned, juicy chicken breasts in the air fryer in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

4 small chicken breasts (4 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, rub the olive oil generously over the chicken.
  4. Combine smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the chicken fillets.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 4 minutes, flip the chicken, and cook for 4 more minutes.
  8. Verify internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before removing.
  9. Serve immediately.
